How long will we keep your information
All information we process is held externally in a secure cloud based platform in the European Economic Area. Client Information will be retained in line with contractual requirements. Visitor and other personal information will be retained no longer than is necessary and we will only retain the personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose. We are also required to retain certain information as required by law or for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions. We will never share your personal information with other parties outside of Appamondo.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys, these service providers are vetted to ensure compliance with GDPR legislation. We have penetration tests completed on our network by a third party on a periodic basis in line with our information security policy and security and General Data Protection risk assessment.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
