Getting the attention of small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) is a challenge. Telling them they need to change the way they do things is even more difficult - especially when it comes to technology.
So how do we get across the huge benefits that are available to SMBs from switching to cloud-based applications without killing the conversation before it’s even started?
Our experience is that for SMBs, ‘seeing is believing’. All we need is 15 minutes of a decision maker’s time and we can successfully show how cloud applications can increase business productivity, reduce inertia and time-wasting caused by outdated IT and save money.
Take Google Apps for Work™ as an example: we simply set up an interested party with a demo account and then remotely show real-time how communication and collaborative tools like Gmail, Drive & Hangouts can be applied internally and externally to improve ways of working within the specific sector in which the SMB works.
And because Google provides a foundation stone through which we can bolt additional complementary applications to operate other functions of a business in the cloud, it becomes very easy for us to physically show how a business can be transformed from one that was operated solely from a desktop in an office, to an organisation that can be accessed at anytime, from any place, on any device.
